Homemade salad dressings are SO easy to make...and they put store-bought versions to SHAME. This recipe is so delicious, yet surprisingly, not that horrible when it comes to calories. Oh, and leave out the bleu cheese, and you have really good Ranch dressing.

Ingredients For guilt-free bleu cheese dressing

1 clite or fat-free mayonnaise

1 clow-fat or fat-free buttermilk

1/2 cbleu cheese, crumbled

2 Tbspmixed dried herbs, your choice (basil, oregano, thyme, parsley)

1 to 2 tspfresh-ground black pepper

1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
*dash or two of cayenne pepper

*salt to taste
How To Make guilt-free bleu cheese dressing

1Combine mayo, buttermilk, herbs, seasonings. Mix well. Add blue cheese and stir until combined. Can store in fridge for about a week.
