    avocado
  • 1 1/2 c
    fat-free buttermilk
  • 1/4 c
    each of freshly chopped tarragon, parsely, mint, sorrel and/or cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar

How To Make green goddess dressing

    Peel and pit avocado

    Puree avocado with buttermilk, herbs, vinegar and salt in a blender until smooth. Chill before serving
