I love a lemon sauce over fish. If using a garlic-infused salt (like Saltopia), you can skip the garlic.

Ingredients For greek lemon sauce for fish

  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove
    garlic, grated
  • 1/8 tsp
    dried oregano (or 1 teaspoon fresh, minced)
  • 1/2 tsp
    flaked salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp
    fresh ground pepper, or to taste
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil (I had lemon-infused evvo)

How To Make greek lemon sauce for fish

    Whisk together everything except olive oil.

    Gradually drizzle in olive oil while whisking.

    Serve over fish or chicken or use as you like!
