Ingredients For healthy ginger salad dressing

  • GINGER SALAD DRESSING
  • 2-3 slice
    of 1/4" slices of fresh gingeroot
  • 2-3 clove
    garlic ( according to taste)
  • 1/3 c
    raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    raw honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    bragg's liquid aminos (grocery/heath food stores)
  • 1 dash
    cayenne pepper (according to taste)
  • 1 c
    raw extra-virgin olive oil

How To Make healthy ginger salad dressing

    In food processor, finely chop ginger & garlic. Add all other ingredients, EXCEPT OIL. Process until well blended. Add olive oil and process to desired consistency. Add a little water if too thick or oily.
