This recipe was shared with me by a friend, and it was given to her by a dear Danish lady, who lives to create in the kitchen! I love this dressing and am thrilled to share it with those who love making fresh, flavorful dressings! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients For healthy ginger salad dressing
- GINGER SALAD DRESSING

2-3 sliceof 1/4" slices of fresh gingeroot

2-3 clovegarlic ( according to taste)

1/3 craw apple cider vinegar
-
1/4 craw honey
-
1 1/2 Tbspbragg's liquid aminos (grocery/heath food stores)

1 dashcayenne pepper (according to taste)

1 craw extra-virgin olive oil
How To Make healthy ginger salad dressing

1In food processor, finely chop ginger & garlic. Add all other ingredients, EXCEPT OIL. Process until well blended. Add olive oil and process to desired consistency. Add a little water if too thick or oily.
