Had a good friend bring over a bunch of fresh greens and herbs from her garden, so we are doing salads tonight. I put together a salad bar (greens, tomatoes, carrots, olives, chicken, beef, etc.), they build the salad, and then tell me what kind of dressing they want, and then I try to mix it up.
