Ingredients For drema's "cucumber cream"

5 lgcucumbers, peeled, chopped

1 csour cream
-
1 tsplemon juice
-
1 tspwhite vinegar

1/4 tspsea salt

1/2 tspgranulated sugar

1/2 tspdill weed

1/4 tspgarlic salt
How To Make drema's "cucumber cream"

1Add cukes to food processer or mini chopper using several batches and puree.

2In a medium mixing bowl add puree. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place in an air-tight container and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, overnite or until ready to use.

3This is actually good for dipping fruit, vege's or meat. Makes a great substitute for mayo or dressing on sandwiches such as roast beef, ham. etc.! Get creative!
