Ingredients For drema's "cucumber cream"

  • 5 lg
    cucumbers, peeled, chopped
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt

How To Make drema's "cucumber cream"

    Add cukes to food processer or mini chopper using several batches and puree.

    In a medium mixing bowl add puree. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place in an air-tight container and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, overnite or until ready to use.

    This is actually good for dipping fruit, vege's or meat. Makes a great substitute for mayo or dressing on sandwiches such as roast beef, ham. etc.! Get creative!
