Ingredients For diabetic creamy fruit salad

1apple, cored and diced

2 tspfreshly squeezed lemon juice

(1) 14oz canpineapple tidbits, packed in juice, draine

(1) 10oz canmandarin orange sections, drained

1 chalved seedless grapes
-
1 cmini marshmallow
-
3/4 c1% or 2% orange or pineapple-flavored yogurt

2 mdbananas
How To Make diabetic creamy fruit salad

1In a large bowl, toss diced apple with lemon juice to prevent browning. Add pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes and marshmallows.

2Drizzle with yogurt and toss gently until fruit and marshmallows are evenly coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or for up to 8 hours to blend flavors. Just before serving, slice bananas and stir into fruit mixture
