cucumbers and onions
(4 ratings)
Sliced cucumbers and onions in a light homemade sweet/tart vinegar dressing. This recipe is easy, tasty and down right yummy. Make early in the day and let marinate in fridge. Really good served with fried chicken, mashed potatoes and creamy gravy. I make them sugar free with splenda.

How To Make cucumbers and onions

-
3Notes: This recipe can easily be doubled. If my cucumber and onion are large I will double the dressing ingredients. I like the dressing poured over tomato chunks, chopped cucumber chunks, chopped green onions, green and red pepper chunks and sliced celery for another salad variation. Enjoy!
