This is a variation of a recipe from one of my favorite restaurants. Everyone really loves it! That's why I make a big batch and share! Everyone loves to dip seafood and it's great with salads.

Ingredients For creole remoulade dressing

1 qtmayonnaise

1/3 chorseradish

1/3 ccreole mustard

4 Tbspfinely minced garlic

2/3 cfinely chopped onions

2/3 cfinely chopped celery

2 tspfinely chopped parsley

1 tsppaprika
How To Make creole remoulade dressing

1Combine all ingredients and stir gently to mix.

2Keep refrigerated in tightly closed container or bottle.

3Note: Great as a dip for fried or boiled seafood or use as salad dressing!
