I love a good spinach salad and this is the absolute best dressing for a spinach salad. This dressing works on any other salad and it has just the right sweet-and-sour taste to dress up a lunch salad.

Ingredients For creamy spinach salad dressing - dee dee's

  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 5 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 2 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • coarsley ground black pepper

How To Make creamy spinach salad dressing - dee dee's

    Mix all ingredients in a shakable jar. Shake up good and you are ready!

    Serve over spinach, add some crotons and crumble some bacon....Mmmmm good!
