When I was a Longaberger consultant, I had the opportunity to purchase several of their cookbooks. This recipe came from one of them.

Ingredients For creamy southwestern dressing

  • 1/2 c
    salsa
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2
    minced scallions, white part only
  • 1 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh cilantro

How To Make creamy southwestern dressing

  • 1
    Combine all but cilantro, salt and pepper in blender for 30 seconds. Stir in cilantro, add salt and pepper to taste. Store in airtight container in fridge. Serve on salad.
