Got this recipe from a Greek recipe web site and now my husband wants it with every salad now.

Ingredients For creamy feta vinagrette

  • 3 oz
    feta cheese-preferably french crumbled
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/4 c
    plus an extra tbsp of extra virgnin olive oil
  • kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to your tastes

How To Make creamy feta vinagrette

    in a food processor, pulse the crumbled feta with the red wine vinager, water, oregano, and olive oil until the vinagrette is smooth. Season with salt and pepper
