creamy caesar dressing

I searched this site for a dressing but could not find something that really stood out. So I found a recipe and tweeked it a bit. It's kind of thick but once you shake it with salad, it works out great. I served this with garlic bread instead of croutons.

Ingredients For creamy caesar dressing

1 cloveelephant garlic

5anchovy filets, stuffed with capers

3/4 cmayonnaise, light

3 Tbspparmesan cheese (more if you like)

1 tspworchestershire sauce
-
1 tspdijon mustard
-
1/2lemon, juiced
-
3-4 Tbspolive oil, light

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make creamy caesar dressing

1In a mini processor, chop garlic and anchovies together. Add some of the oil in the anchovy container to the mixture. It'll look a bit pureed.

2In a medium sized bowl, mix the anchovy mixture with the mayonnaise and all of the remaining ingredients.

3Let sit in the refrigerator for an hour or so. The longer it sits, the stronger it gets.
