1/2 ccashew nuts

1/2 cswiss cheese, cubed

1/2 cdried cranberries

lemon juice
- POPPY SEED DRESSING:

3/4 csugar
-
1/3 ccider vinegar
-
1 tspdry mustard
-
1 1/2 Tbsppoppy seeds

1 colive oil
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper
How To Make cranberry salad / poppy seed dressing

1Salad: Cut up romaine. Add rest of ingredients. Toss with Poppy Seed Dressing.

2Note: If making ahead of serving, add lemon juice to pear and apple cubes in Ziploc bag. Refrigerate.
