I am posting the glaze recipe that I used on my corned Beef Brisket, but you can use it on Ham or chicken or what ever you want, and it is quite simple and very easy to make. I think you will be very pleased with the combinations of flavors in this recipe. Try it and see if you don't agree, and I just bet you have most or all of the ingredients in your pantry or cupboard.

Ingredients For corned beef brisket glaze

1/4 cbutter, (1/2 stick)

1 cheinz catsup
-
1 csplenda brown sugar blend (not packed)

2 Tbspbrown mustard or di jon

1/3 capple cider vinegar
-
2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
2 tsphorseradish ( from refrigerated section)
How To Make corned beef brisket glaze

1Assemble all of the glaze ingredients together.

2Add all of the glaze ingredients to a small sauce pan.

3Heat over low heat, till it starts to simmer around edges of sauce pan and the butter has melted.

4Remove from heat, and then brush on beef brisket and bake in 350 degree F. oven. Brush every 10 minutes for a total of 3 times.

5Carve and serve when ready for dinner.
