Very simple and easy Cornbread Dressing. I always have to make extra so my family can take it home with them.

8 ccooked cornbread

1 1/2 conion, chopped

1 1/2 ccelery, chopped

1/2 cmargarine

1 tsppoultry seasoning

1 tsprubbed sage

1 tspsalt

1 dashblack pepper

6 cchicken broth
How To Make cornbread dressing

1Cook cornbread the night before and crumble. Leave it out overnight to dry.

2Cook onion and celery in melted margarine over medium heat until tender. Stir in seasonings (poultry seasoning, rubbed sage, salt and dash of black pepper).

3Add onion mixture to cornbread and add enough broth to make mixture moist, but not soggy. Toss to mix

4Cook at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until brown
