Moe’s Chipotle Ranch Dressing has been a favorite for years. I looked up how to make a copycat version and read online where it was simply made with bottled ranch dressing and canned chipotle peppers (in adobo sauce). Easy enough, but still pretty vague. So I played with the ingredients and found the ratio that seemed about right to me. Of course, feel free to play with your food, too! =^..^=

Ingredients For copycat moe’s chipotle ranch dressing

  • 1 1/2 c
    bottled ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2
(canned) chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

How To Make copycat moe’s chipotle ranch dressing

  • Feel free to use less expensive ingredients since the taste is powerful enough.
    1
Measure 1 1/2 cups bottled ranch dressing into a blender. An immersion (stick) blender or chopper with a large enough bowl (or only make 1/2 the recipe) can also be used.
  • This is the cup that came with my immersion blender.
    2
Add 1 1/2 chipotle peppers, then blend together.
  • 3
Adjust to taste by adding a small amount of ranch dressing or small pieces of chipotle peppers at a time. 1 1/2 cups of ranch dressing & 1 1/2 chipotle peppers was the closest to Moe’s version, in my opinion.

Refrigerate leftovers. Once I knew my perfect ratio, I froze the leftover chipotle peppers in mounds on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, then placed in a freezer baggie for future use.
