    anchovy paste
  • 3 Tbsp
    baby chives, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    tarragon, fresh & finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    white wine or tarragon vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    flatleaf parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper, ground

How To Make classic green goddess dressing

    In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth, silky and creamy. If you prefer, you may use a food processor, for a more speckled and creamy dressing. Chill and, then, enjoy!
