From the computer. I like to change the sugar to Splenda sugar or Stevia. Stevia is sweeter than Splenda sugar.

Ingredients For chocolate frosting

  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar or splenda sugar or stevia
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 7 Tbsp
    cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c
    boiling water
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or light margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt

How To Make chocolate frosting

  • 1
    Mix sugar and cornstatch. Add cocoa and salt then the water.

    Boil and stir until thickened. Remove from the heat and add the butter and vanilla.
  • 3
    Spread on the cake whil hot for a glossy frosting. This frosting can use as and ice ceam topping.
