Wonderful on any sort of meat, including chicken and seafood. We usually use it as a fresh sauce on our grilled meats but it also makes a great marinade and is good on salads, sandwiches, or to give fresh flavor to any thing you wish! My unofficially adopted beloved "other" daughter introduced me to this wonderful and versatile sauce, I learned how to make it from her. - This is the corrected recipe!

Ingredients For chimichurri sauce

1 ccilantro leaves (1 bunch)

1 clovegarlic

1/4 conion

1/4 colive oil, extra virgin

3limes, juiced (2+tbsp)

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

(opt)2 tbsp wine vinegar, red or white
How To Make chimichurri sauce

1Blend it all up in a food processor or what have you and it's done!

2Use as a dressing, marinade, baste, dip, on sandwiches... Wonderful on meats!
