Thanks to Cooking with Paula Deen for this awesome and easy Caesar dressing. You can make it a bit more weight friendly by using light mayo instead of regular (add just a couple more drops of lemon juice if u do)- or keep it as is Enjoy!

Ingredients For caesar dressing

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper

How To Make caesar dressing

    In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients and then store refridgerated in a jar with a good tight lid for up to a week
