I've been making this stuff for years and I'll put it up against any store bought Bleu Cheese Dressing out there

Ingredients For bunyan's bleu cheese dressing

2 cgood quality mayonnaise (or make a batch of bunyannaise, the recipe is here on jap)

2 csour cream
-
1/2 lbcrumbled bleu cheese

1/4 cfreshly squeezed lemon juice
-
1 clovefinely minced garlic
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 tspsea salt
-
1 tspfreshly ground black pepper
How To Make bunyan's bleu cheese dressing

1Dump all the ingredients into your food processor

2Process until you get the consistency you want

3Pour the dressing into a Mason jar and screw the lid on tight

4Stick it in the fridge for 24 hours to let the flavors meld

5If you want you can add more crumbled bleu cheese and stir it in to add more texture and flavor

6NOTE: If you want to lower the calories use low fat cottage cheese instead of sour cream and low fat mayo, in the same measurements
