1/2 cmayonnaise, such as hellmann's®

1/2 clight sour cream

1 lgclove garlic, pressed

2 Tbspbuttermilk

1/2 tspdijon mustard

1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper, or to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)

1/2 tsphoney

1/2 tspworcestershire sauce

1/8 tsphot paprika

2 ozblue cheese, grated
How To Make blue cheese dressing

1In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, buttermilk, Dijon mustard, black pepper, honey, Worcestershire sauce, hot paprika and blue cheese; whisk thoroughly.

2Cover and transfer to the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours. Serve over salad or as a dip for chicken wings or veggies

3Note: Before grating, freeze blue cheese for at least 1 hour or until very firm.
