This is my family's favorite for dip and dressing for salads and burgers, etc...We love it - hope you at least give it a try. --- Note: I love it tossed with cold pasta.

Ingredients For avocado creamy dressing

  • 2 c
    scooped out avocado pulp
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    minced cilantro
  • 1/4 c
    diced tomato, seeds removed
  • 3 Tbsp
    lime or lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1 dash
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    granulated sugar
  • 2 sm
    green onions, minced

How To Make avocado creamy dressing

    Combine all ingredients in order given, cover and keep chilled until ready to use.
