Ingredients For asian peanut dressing

1/3 ccreamy peanut butter, melted

1 1/2 Tbsprice vinegar

1 1/2 Tbsplow-sodium soy sauce

1 Tbsphoisin sauce

1 Tbspcanola oil (substitute grapeseed)

2 tspsesame oil
-
1 Tbsphoney
-
1 Tbspfreshly squeezed lime juice

1 tspginger, minced
-
1/8 tspcayenne pepper, or to taste
How To Make asian peanut dressing

1In a measuring cup, add peanut butter and transfer to the microwave.

2Set on “high” and process for 30 seconds. Stir well and if it needs more time, microwave in 10 seconds intervals. If using the stovetop, melt in a small saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly.

3When melted, add the remaining ingredients and stir until nicely blended. If the peanut butter starts to harden, microwave for 15 seconds or until pourable.
