Ingredients For vietnamese style peanut sauce

  • 3/4 c
    creamy natural or regular peanut butter
  • 1/3 c
    water
  • 3 Tbsp
    hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    freshly squeezed lime juice (about 1-2 limes)
  • 4 1/2 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar (omit if using regular peanut butter)
  • 2 1/4 tsp
    chile-garlic paste
  • 1 clove
    garlic, grated
  • 1/2 tsp
    toasted sesame oil
  • chopped peanuts, for garnish

How To Make vietnamese style peanut sauce

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Keep refrigerated until shortly before using. Sprinkle some chopped peanuts on top to serve.
