CRAB DIP WITH A TWIST.I USE TO MAKE THIS DIP ALL THE TIME I USE TO USE LOSUTER .UP IN MASS. BUT NOW HERE IN FL.I CHANGE IT TO JUST CRAB MEAT.ITS ALL SO GOOD FOR ANY SPECIAL GATHERINGS AND ANY SOCIAL GATHERING.

Ingredients For valentines confetti crab dip

  • 2 oz
    (8 ounces )package light cream cheese.
  • 3/4 lb
    fresh crabmeat,drained and flaked.
  • 1/4 c
    fresh green onions
  • 3 Tbsp
    light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    light sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder(or 2 mashed garlic)
  • 1 oz
    (2-ounce jar diced pimiento,drained
  • 1 Tbsp
    sauterne
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh chives.

How To Make valentines confetti crab dip

    PLACE CREAM CHEESE IN A 1 QUART CASSEROLE. MICROWAVE ,UNCOVERED ,AT HIGH FOR 1 MINUTE To 1 1/2 minutes or until softened.

    STIR well,stir i9n crab meat ,green onions,mayonnaise,sour cream,and seasonings . COVER with heavy duty,plastic wrap and microwave at HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

    STIRRING after 1 minute.STIR in pimiento and chives wine(sauterne )SPRINKLE with chopped fresh chives . SERVE WARM DIP. WITH ASSORTED CRACKERS. GLASS WHITE WINE . ENJOY IT FOR VALENTINES DIP . GRANDMES HOUSE TO YOUS ..??????
