tzatziki sauce
We love this tangy cucumber dill tzatziki sauce! I tried many recipes with much disappointment in the flavors. So I developed my own version!

Ingredients For tzatziki sauce

1seedless cucumber

2 cnonfat greek yogurt

1/2 csour cream

1/2 clemon juice
-
2 Tbspfresh dill, minced

1/2 tsporegano, dried

3 clovegarlic, minced fine or pressed

1 tspkosher salt, of using table salt reduce to1/2 teaspoon
How To Make tzatziki sauce

1Grate cucumber into a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze as much of the moisture out as possible. Dump out into a mixing bowl.

2Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Taste to check seasoning.

3Cover and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes. The longer it sits in the fridge the better the flavors will develop.

4Can be stored in fridge for 7 days. Not freezable.

5We enjoy this on Gyros, with tortilla chips, pita chips, and fresh cut veggies.
