Howdy Chefs! Some friends called me up, and said, lets have a Derby party at my place. Being a PARTY ANIMAL like I am, I said, YES. I asked, what do you want me to bring? They said, "chips and dip". SO, I made this DIP. A Tuna Dip, or, spread. You can dip your chips in (scoops works best), or, spread it on crackers or celery (celery makes it taste like a Tuna Salad). TRY IT, YOU WILL LIKE IT!!!!!
