This dish has always been a great summer favorite of my families and friends. It goes great at parties as a dip for crackers or chips. have had many friends ask me for this recipe. It also goes great on sandwich's. Hope you all enjoy it.

Ingredients For tomato and cucumber salad

  • 1 sm
    onion (finely diced)
  • 1
    tomato diced (medium to large)
  • 1
    cucumber diced
  • 1/2 c
    mircale whip or mayo
  • salt & pepper (to taste)

How To Make tomato and cucumber salad

  • 1
    mix all ingredients together with Miracle Whip (about 1/2 cup or to your taste)

    goes great as a side dish or can be used as a dip
