I wanted something different and yummy so this is how Texas Touchdown Dip was born. It has lots of flavor and zing. Just melts in your mouth!

4 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1 cmayonnaise

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tsponion powder

4 Tbspfinely chopped onion

1 tspcumin

1 jarchopped pimento, drained (4 oz)

2 - 3 Tbsphot diced green chilies, drained

3 cgrated pepper jack cheese

3 cgrated sharp cheddar cheese

salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make texas touchdown dip

1Beat cream cheese and mayo until smooth with a mixer.

2Add everything but diced pimentos and green chiles and beat.

3Stir in pimentos and chiles. Salt and pepper to taste.

4Serve with large corn chips and enjoy the compliments.
