I wanted something different and yummy so this is how Texas Touchdown Dip was born. It has lots of flavor and zing. Just melts in your mouth!

Ingredients For texas touchdown dip

  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 4 Tbsp
    finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp
    cumin
  • 1 jar
    chopped pimento, drained (4 oz)
  • 2 - 3 Tbsp
    hot diced green chilies, drained
  • 3 c
    grated pepper jack cheese
  • 3 c
    grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make texas touchdown dip

  • 1
    Beat cream cheese and mayo until smooth with a mixer.

    Add everything but diced pimentos and green chiles and beat.
  • 3
    Stir in pimentos and chiles. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve with large corn chips and enjoy the compliments.
