Ingredients For tex mex party mold

1envelope (1/4 oz) unflavored gelatin

3/4 cmilk, divided (1/2 c and 1/4 c)

3 ozcream cheese, softened

1/2 cgrated cheddar cheese

1/4 cpepper jack cheese, grated
-
1/4 cfinely chopped red onion
-
4 ozdiced green chilies
-
4 ozchopped black olives
-
2 Tbspchopped cilantro (or parsley, if you wish)

1 1/2 Tbsplime juice
-
1 clovegarlic, minced or pressed
-
2 tspground cumin (optional)

1/2 tspsalt
How To Make tex mex party mold

1In large bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup milk. Let stand one minute

2Scald remaining 1/2 cup milk. Stir into gelatin mixture, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved.

3Beat in cream cheese until smooth

4Stir in sour cream and remaining ingredients

5Chill 4 hours or until firm

6To unmold, dip bottom of mold in hot water for a few seconds. Invert onto platter
