With the super bowl parties coming up and me on a low fat diet, I decided to make something a little healthier with less fat, but with lots of flavor, that I and others could enjoy quilt free! This is perfect. But you have to make sure and use very fresh ingredients. Believe me, it makes a world of difference!

Ingredients For taste explosion greek layer dip

110 oz container roasted garlic hummus

110 oz container red pepper hummus

3/4 cfeta cheese, fresh, crumbled

3/4 cpeeled, diced cucumber

1/2 cfresh lg tomato, diced

1/2 cfresh, from the deli, finely chopped kalamata olives

1/4 cgood quality olive oil
-
1/2 tspcrushed fresh oregano

1 pkgfresh, soft pita bread, cut into triangles
How To Make taste explosion greek layer dip

1In a 8" glass pie pan, or decorative pan, Layer garlic hummus, red pepper hummus, feta cheese, cucumber, tomato and kalamata olives.

2In small bowl, whisk together olive oil and oregano. Drizzle over top of dip. Gently place plastic wrap over the top. Refrigerate at least one hr to meld the flavors well.

3Serve with a small spoon and a plate of fresh cut pita triangles. Please make sure the pita bread is very fresh and very soft. Also make sure to use fresh olives, not jarred or canned. This makes a huge difference!
