I love this dip. Most people make it with sausage instead of beef but I am not a big fan of sausage. I tried it with beef one day and it was great!

Ingredients For taco cheese dip

  • 1 lb
    Ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can
    Rotel
  • 1 med box
    Velveeta Cheese
  • 1
    Bag of nacho chips

How To Make taco cheese dip

  • 1
    Cook the meat, drain
  • 2
    Follow the directions on the Taco Seasoning package
  • 3
    While the meat is simmering cut the cheese into cubes
  • 4
    When the meat is done, add the rotel (with juices) and the cheese
  • 5
    Mix together and cook on medium heat until the cheese is completely melted
  • 6
    Serve with chips!
