spinach dip

This is a cold spinach dip that my mother-in-law brings to every baby shower that she goes to. I blame her for the weight that I gained attending those parties! She serves hers in a hollowed out bread bowl. You can find a large loaf big enough at Wal-Mart. If you don't feel like going to that trouble and have a McCalister's Deli near by, you can order just a breadbowl.
