Ingredients For spinach artichoke dip- that can't be beat!

1 pkgfrozen spinach, thawed and drained

1 canartichoke hearts, chopped

8 ozcream cheese, slightly softened

1/2 cplain yogurt (generous 1/2 cup)

1/2 cmayonnaise, light (generous 1/2 cup)

3/4 cshredded mozzarella
-
3/4 cromano cheese, grated (a generous 1/2 cup)

1/2onion diced
-
1-2 tspgarlic powder
-
salt and pepper to taste (about 2-3 pinches of salt, and a pinch or two of pepper)

1Pre-Heat the oven to 350. in a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients using a metal or wooden spoon until even.

2Grease a shallow baking dish ( i use Pam canola oil spray). add the mixture to dish and bake 30 minutes! (time varies by oven)
