Ingredients For spinach artichoke dip

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1/4 cmayonnaise

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/4 cgrated romano cheese

1 clovegarlic, peeled and minced

1/2 tspdried basil
-
1/4 tspgarlic salt

salt and pepper, to taste
-
14 ozcan artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cfrozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1/4 cshredded mozzarella
How To Make spinach artichoke dip

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a small baking dish. (I use Corningware 9" round.)

2In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.

3Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve with chips, hunks of bread, pita triangles, crackers, etc.
