spinach artichoke dip

I found this receipe a few years ago on line. I added real bacon bits to recipe to add a little more flavor. But its also good without any meat.

Ingredients For spinach artichoke dip

1 cmayonnaise

1 cgrated parmesan cheese

1 can14 oz. artichoke hearts

1 boxfrozen chopped spinach

1/4 cshredded monterey jack cheese

1/2 cbacon bits
How To Make spinach artichoke dip

1drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts thaw and squeeze the spinach

2Mix mayonaise parmesan cheese stir in artichoke and spinach. Add the bacon bits to mixture

3Spoon mixture into 1 quart casserole dish sprinkle the surface with the monterey jack cheese.

4Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes Serve with crackers crusty bread
