Ingredients For spinach & artichoke dip

19 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained of any excess water

16 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped

3/4 cmayonnaise

3/4 csour cream
-
3/4 cgrated parmesan cheese, divided

1/4 cshredded mozzarella cheese
-
1/2 tspcayenne pepper
-
1/4 tsppaprika
How To Make spinach & artichoke dip

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.

3In large mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and the mozzarella cheese. Stir until combined. Add the cayenne pepper and paprika and combine well.

4Place into prepared casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes. The last 5 minutes add the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan to the top.
