This is a great holiday appetizer! Easy and quick!! But, baby, it is spicy:)

Ingredients For spicy cajun shrimp w/ dip

  • 1 lb
    lg shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails left on
  • 1/2 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    bottled minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 4 tsp
    cajun seasoning

How To Make spicy cajun shrimp w/ dip

  • 1
    Rinse shrimp and pat dry w/ paper towels. In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, tomato paste, lemon juice and garlic. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Brush shrimp w/ melted butter. Sprinkle both sides of shrimp w/ cajun seasoning.

    Place shrimp on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4-5" from heat for 2 mins. Turn shrimp over and broil for 1-2 min more. Serve shrimp w/ mayonnaise dip
