1 canwhole kernel corn, drained

1 cwalnuts, chopped

1/4 conion, minced

1/4 coil

1/4 clime juice

1 Tbspground cumin

1 Tbspred chili pepper

1/2 tspsalt
How To Make southwestern corn and walnut dip

1With a mixer blend together cream cheese, oil, lime juice, red chili pepper, cumin, and salt till smooth.

2Stir in the corn, walnuts and onion. Cover and refrigerate

3Serve with crackers, corn chips or tortilla chips
