Ingredients For southwestern corn and walnut dip

  • 2 pkg
    8 oz cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c
    walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    onion, minced
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp
    red chili pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make southwestern corn and walnut dip

    With a mixer blend together cream cheese, oil, lime juice, red chili pepper, cumin, and salt till smooth.

    Stir in the corn, walnuts and onion. Cover and refrigerate
  • 3
    Serve with crackers, corn chips or tortilla chips
