Ingredients For southwest ranch dip or spread

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes, you determine the heat
  • 4
    green onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice (half of a lime)

How To Make southwest ranch dip or spread

  • 1
    Process all ingredients in the food processor for about 30 seconds or until well blended.

    Serve with either fresh vegetables or with tortilla chips.

    Garnish with additional cilantro, green onion and a lime slice. NOTE: For dip consistency do not drain rotel tomatoes, for thicker spread, drain tomatoes really well.
