southwest hummus

I make this with any kind of canned bean you can think of! White beans are great, but any will work. This is wonderful with vegetables. I like it thick. Very spicy.

  • 15 oz
    canned chickpeas, washed, drained
  • 1
    chipotle peppers w/adobe sauce
  • 1 clove
    garlic

How To Make southwest hummus

    Puree ingredients. Thin out with a little water if needed.
