This dip is not only delicious but it lets you get an appetizer out of the way when you're cooking a big dinner. It's easy to double for a crowd. My family LOVES this recipe!

8 ozcream cheese (one bar)

1 boxfrozen spinach, thawed and chopped

1 jarmarinated artichoke hearts, 6-8 oz

2 Tbspmilk

1 ccheddar cheese
-
1 cmozzarella cheese
-
1 Tbspminced garlic
-
1/2 tsppaprika or to taste

1/2 tspsalt or to taste

1/2 tsppepper or to taste
-
dashtabasco sauce (optional)

1/2 cshredded parmesan cheese
How To Make slow cooker hot artichoke spinach dip

1Cube the cream cheese and add it to the slow cooker.

2Add the remaining of the ingredients except parmesan cheese.

3Cook on low 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Stir to combine ingredients after one hour and check to make sure it isn't cooking too fast and getting burned on the sides. If so, turn the cooker to the warm setting.

4After stirring, leave for at least another 1/2 hour to allow flavors to blend. Set cooker to warm if necessary.

5Place dip in a small casserole. Sprinkle evenly with the parmesan cheese. Broil for 2-3 minutes until parmesan cheese is just melted.

6Serve warm with sliced french bread or hearty crackers.
