This dip is not only delicious but it lets you get an appetizer out of the way when you're cooking a big dinner. It's easy to double for a crowd. My family LOVES this recipe!

Ingredients For slow cooker hot artichoke spinach dip

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese (one bar)
  • 1 box
    frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
  • 1 jar
    marinated artichoke hearts, 6-8 oz
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper or to taste
  • dash
    tabasco sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 c
    shredded parmesan cheese

How To Make slow cooker hot artichoke spinach dip

  • 1
    Cube the cream cheese and add it to the slow cooker.

    Add the remaining of the ingredients except parmesan cheese.

    Cook on low 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Stir to combine ingredients after one hour and check to make sure it isn't cooking too fast and getting burned on the sides. If so, turn the cooker to the warm setting.

    After stirring, leave for at least another 1/2 hour to allow flavors to blend. Set cooker to warm if necessary.

    Place dip in a small casserole. Sprinkle evenly with the parmesan cheese. Broil for 2-3 minutes until parmesan cheese is just melted.

    Serve warm with sliced french bread or hearty crackers.
