4carrots, cut into sticks

4celery stalks, cut into 3" sticks

2zucchini, cut into quarters and 3" sticks

1red bell pepper cut into strips

1green bell pepper, cut into strips
How To Make shanghai dip (sallye)

1Whisk all ingredients briskly until well blended. Store in fridge at least one hour before serving to meld flavors. Will keep several days if kept refrigerated

2Serve with vegetable platter. You may add or subtract any vegetable of your choosing.
