Blue Ribbon Recipe

This seven layer taco dip is a great stand-by for parties or to take to any function. You can always count on having an empty dish at the end of the event. Adding taco seasoning to the refried beans adds a kick of spicy flavor. Layers of fresh vegetables pair well with the creamy and tangy cream cheese and sour cream layer. Topped off with tons of shredded cheese each bite is delish.
