This Christmas was the first time I prepared this dip. Everyone (adults and kids) loved it. I will make it again for my Super Bowl party.

Ingredients For seven-layer bean dip

1 canrefried beans
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

1 pkgcream cheese
-
1 canchopped green chiles
-
1 cthick 'n chunky salsa

2 cshredded lettuce
-
2 cshredded cheddar or mexican cheese blend

1 cansliced ripe olives, drained

1medium tomato (diced)

1 pkgtotilla chips (optional)
How To Make seven-layer bean dip

1In medium bowl, mix refried beans and taco seasoning mix. Spread mixture on large platter.

2In another medium bowl, mix cream cheese and chiles. Carefully spread over bean mixture. (I softened cream cheese in microwave enough to spread easily).

3Top with salsa, lettuce, cheese, olives, and tomato. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with tortilla chips. (You can also use zucchini slices).
