This recipe is by it's very nature a great candidate for Gluten Free Diets. My husband (who has Celiac Disease) loves this as a snack for TV watching, or it would make a great Greek appetizer, too.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This recipe is usually eaten with Pita Bread (cut in quarters) in the Greek Style, but for Gluten Free Diets, that is changed to Rice Crackers (or any Gluten Free bread or crackers you prefer).
