this recipie came from my mom, she use to make this for cookouts or just because. It is really good and is very simple to make.

Ingredients For sausage cheese dip

  • 1 box
    large box of velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb
    bulk sausage cooked (italian, or hot)
  • 2 can
    mild green chili's
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 sm
    tomato (diced)

How To Make sausage cheese dip

  • 1
    cook sausage until well done. Cut velveeta cheese into small chunks, put into a small crockpot turn on low. Add milk and green chili's (do not drain), add diced tomato,and sausage. let cook until melted on low. stir occasionally. Serve with scoop frito's or corn chips. Dip and enjoy.
