I love this dipping sauce… it’s extremely easy to make, and will last 5 – 7 days in the fridge, if properly covered. It works with tempura, and drizzled over fish, shrimp, or even chicken. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise, or vegenaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    white rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh clover honey
  • 1 tsp
    sweet paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper, or to taste
  • 2 clove
    baked garlic
  • 1 dash
    hot sauce (i prefer frank’s)
  • 1 dash
    sesame oil
  • 6 - 8 md
    green olives, pitted

    Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).

    Add the ingredients to a food processor, fitted with an S-blade.

    Blend until smooth.

    Chef's Tip: If the mixture is a bit too thick, you can thin it down with some water... a tablespoon at a time.

    Refrigerate in a non-reactive (glass) jar for a minimum of 2 hours.

    Chef’s Note: This sauce will taste better if it’s allowed to rest in the refrigerator for a least 8 hours.

    Chef's Tip: Because of the saltiness of the olives, you probably won't need to add any salt; however, if the sauce needs more salt, then add it... you're the chef.
